Winter Park Ski & Snowboard Rentals
While a vacation in Winter Park generally costs far less than resorts like Vail or Aspen, this doesn’t mean that the equipment that you rent won’t be any good. You’ll find a choice of beginner equipment and top-of-the-line equipment rentals at most shops here. Winter Park is also renowned for its adaptive skiing program. This program provides rental equipment for blind and disabled skiers who need special equipment.

Winter Park Ski Rental FAQ
If you are traveling from out of town, it is usually better to just rent your equipment at the mountain or in downtown Winter Park near your hotel. Denver residents might be the exception to that rule. There are plenty of rental locations in Denver where locals will rent equipment and bring it up to Winter Park because it is more convenient for them to do it that way.
Try the Village Rental Shop, right next to the base of the gondola.
You can expect to pay about $50 depending on the performance level you want and whether or not you need boots and a helmet etc.
Are you staying at the mountain or in downtown Winter Park? You should consider booking your ski rentals someplace in the same part of town where you are staying. The two main areas here will be the base of the resort and the downtown Winter Park area.
