Upper Mountain Bowls & Black Diamonds

Use this page as a guide to Copper Mountain’s expert skiing terrain. The uppermost parts of the mountain are located above 12,000′. This means that there can be deep snow, but also a cold, high alpine environment.

Enchanted Forest

Take the Storm King surface lift to access the Enchanted Forest from top to bottom.

The Copper Bowl and Spaulding Bowl can be accessed without using the surface lifts from the front side, but they are needed in order to enter through the highest points of both of these bowls. The Storm King gives skiers and riders access to the Spaulding Bowl as well as the Enchanted Forest.

The Storm King Lift

Sierra Chairlift and Celebrity Ridge Lift

These two lifts give skiers and snowboarders access to the Copper Bowl. A short hike is required to get from the Sierra lift to the bowl. The Celebrity Ridge surface lift eliminates the hike, and also brings you to a slightly higher point.
