There is no uphill access allowed during the day. Uphill access is allowed after operational hours, but an uphill lift ticket is still required. Uphill lift tickets cost $65 this season.

Free Lift Tickets for Kids & Seniors – Children ages 12 & under get free lift tickets at Hesperus. Seniors ages 75+ also get to ski for free.
Friday Night Lights for College Students – Bring your student ID and get $24 lift tickets on Friday nights (not including holidays).
Free Lift Tickets for Active Military – Active duty military will get free lift tickets at Hesperus all year long.
Power Pass – This is a multi-resort season pass that is valid at Hesperus and 8 other ski resorts, including Purgatory in Colorado. The full unrestricted pass is $1,349 this season.

Hesperus Lift Ticket FAQ
With 1k feet of vertical rise and lift tickets for under $50, this is a great value. Hesperus offers more than 20 feet of vertical skiing per lift ticket dollar. Consider the average CO mega resort, which might have 3,500 feet of vertical and cost $250/day. That would only be 14 feet of vertical for every $1 spent on lift tickets.
Throw in free parking and shorter lift lines, and the case is made for Hesperus.
